Reservation & Payment: A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar, or Driving License) is mandatory at check-in for all guests. Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A standard room tariff covers double occupancy; extra person charges will apply for additional guests.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund minus applicable banking fees. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s tariff. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Hotel Policies: Smoking is strictly prohibited in air-conditioned rooms and public areas; designated smoking zones are available. Pets are not allowed on the premises. The management reserves the right of admission and retains the right to evict any guest for misconduct without refund. Consumption of outside liquor in public areas is prohibited. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Puri, Odisha.
